I feel like I'm currently stuck in a cyclone, one minute I'm sleeping 3 hours and feeling like a zombie during the day and another I sleep 12 hours then groggy for what's left of the day.
I know my head is probably all over the place with its many thoughts but it's hard to shut it off. Lately, the only off switch is playing a game on my phone until I'm virtually passing out. I'm trying to slowly reduce that into a better nighttime routine but with it being on the back of a 3-month illness it's tough.
Anyone else struggle to switch off?
What are your top tips to wind down?
