Hi everyone! I’m currently in San Diego and looking for hypnotherapy schools near me. I’m eager to learn effective techniques for personal growth and to help others through hypnotherapy. Can anyone recommend reputable schools or certified practitioners in the area? I would appreciate any guidance or suggestions!

You see other people, whether celebs or not, grinding and doing the work. It inspires you to keep going for your purpose.

You try your hardest, or what feels like it, but somehow you're not getting anywhere as fast as others are.

You can't find the drive to get up at 5 am to get some extra hours of work in, you don't seem the have the endless energy to launch yourself out of bed or off the sofa, and you can't work on less sleep or go to bed early.

I wish I could motivate myself better but it feels that all I'm doing is failing.

Let me know it's not just me that allows this to feel so disheartened...I know I shouldn't judge myself so harshly when it can be so hard living with anxiety and depression.

So for a long time now I’ve been losing my temper over the small things and understanding why is stopping me from sleeping. My mum says I have anger issues but I have no idea where it’s come from. Starting to feel isolated from friends and family as they too have noticed my lashing out. This site looks dead so I dint expect a quick reply but if anyone is there then please help me

With that being said, it's also important to savor those moments when everything feels easy and effortless. Our mental health isn't one-dimensional - on some days we experience high lows and low highs. When we understand both our good and bad days better, we become more aware of how to take care of our wellbeing on both levels.
